Hello !
Welcome to our presence on the Web ! Your endeavours have brought you to the Northern Ireland Support Group website.
The group has been running since the mid-eighties and is "manned" entirely by volunteers. Our common goal is the promotion , and hence conservation, of all the RBST's listed animals that reside within Northern Ireland. Whilst some of our members keep rare breeds it is in no way a prerequisite to helping and supporting the RBST. During the spring and summer months most of our time is spent attending shows and providing displays of rare breed animals at various outdoor events throughout the province. Autumn and Winter whilst quieter still provides us with things to do such as workshops and evening speeches at local clubs and associations such as the Young Farmers.
If you feel you can help in any way why not join the RBST ? If you reside in Northern Ireland (or live within easy distance in Eire) please feel welcome to come along to any of the shows we attend. You can contact the current secretary for details of what's on and how to get involved by clicking here.
